Customer may order third-party software, services, products and other offerings ('Third-Party Products') in connection with the Equinix Digital Services. Customer's use of a Third-Party Product is subject to the provisions of the applicable Third-Party Terms. Customer should read the applicable Third-Party Terms before accessing or using such Third-Party Products and Customer shall comply with such Third-Party Terms. Customer understands and agrees that Third-Party Terms are subject to change, effective upon posting by the third-party provider and without notice to Customer. Equinix’s third-party providers will have no liability arising out of or relating to Customer’s Agreement with Equinix.
Customer’s use of the CloudGenix software, provided by Equinix in conjunction with the applicable Digital Services is subject to the CloudGenix End User Licence Agreement located at cloudgenix.com.
Customer’s use of the F5 software, provided by Equinix in conjunction with the applicable Digital Services is subject to the F5 End User Licence Agreement located at nginx.com.
Customer’s use of the Fortinet software, provided by Equinix in conjunction with the applicable Digital Services is subject to the Fortinet End User Licence Agreement located at fortinet.com.
Customer’s use of the Juniper Networks software, provided by Equinix in conjunction with the applicable Digital Services is subject to the Juniper Networks End User Licence Agreement located at juniper.net.
The customer’s use of the Microsoft products, which may include associated media, printed materials and ‘online’ or electronic documentation (individually and collectively, ‘Microsoft Products’), provided by Equinix in conjunction with the applicable Digital Services is subject to the terms and conditions.
Customer’s use of the Nutanix software, provided by Equinix in conjunction with the applicable Digital Services is subject to the Nutanix Licence and Services Agreement located at nutanix.com.
Customer’s use of the Palo Alto Networks software, provided by Equinix in conjunction with the applicable Digital Services is subject to the Palo Alto Networks End User Agreement located at paloaltonetworks.com.
Equinix reserves the right to charge the Customer an additional Fee in the event that Equinix incurs an additional charge from Pure Storage as a result of the Customer’s use of the Pure Storage service, such as the Customer’s pre-encryption or reduction of data prior to storing on the Pure Storage device. Specifically, Pure Storage on Equinix Metal allows the Customer to access up to 25% additional capacity above the committed capacity procured by the Customer in the applicable Order. Such additional capacity accessed by the Customer is billed at a rate 50% higher than the Customer’s committed rate. The Customer’s use of the Pure Storage service, provided by Equinix, is subject to the Pure Storage terms located at purestorage.com.
Customer’s use of the Red Hat Enterprise Linux software, provided by Equinix in conjunction with the applicable Digital Services, is subject to the terms and conditions stated at redhat.com.
Customer’s use of the Versa Networks software, provided by Equinix in conjunction with the applicable Digital Services is subject to the Versa Networks End User Licence Agreement located at versa-networks.com.
Customer’s use of the VyOS software, provided by Equinix in conjunction with the applicable Digital Services is subject to the VyOS End User Licence Agreement located at vyos.io.
Customer’s use of the Broadcom/VMware software, provided by Equinix in conjunction with the applicable Services is subject to the Broadcom/VMware End User Licence Agreement located here.
